What does Let’s Go do?

Let’s Go is an event production and management company. We handle permitting, site operations, staffing, setup and strike, vendor management, brand and sponsor activations, touring, sourcing and merchandise, and equipment rentals. We also create and produce our own events.

What kinds of events do you work on?

Festivals, concerts, road races and sporting events, brand activations, corporate events and national tours, from a single-day activation to a multi-city tour.

Where do you work?

Anywhere. Our team has worked events in more than 45 states and travels wherever the event is, across the US and internationally.

Can you handle event permits and road closures?

Yes. We manage city, county and fire permits, road closures, noise variances and the site plans those agencies ask for.

How far in advance should we reach out?

As early as you can. Permits and road closures can take weeks or months depending on the city, so reach out even if your date or venue isn’t locked in yet.

Can you handle just part of our event?

Yes. We can run the whole day, from first permit to last truck out, or plug into your team for only the pieces you need, like permitting, staffing or merch.

Do you offer merchandise and equipment rentals?

Yes. We source, design and produce event merchandise and can staff an on-site merch booth, and we rent event equipment that our crew delivers, sets and picks up.

This policy explains what information Let’s Go Productions LLC (“Let’s Go,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to plan your event, and we never sell it.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you use the Build Your Event form or email us, you may share your name, email address, organization, event name, event type, location, date, expected attendance, the services you need, and any message you write.

Technical information. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don’t track you across other websites. Like any website, the service that hosts it may automatically log basic technical details (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to keep the site secure and running.

How we use it

We won’t add you to marketing emails unless you ask us to.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We only share it:

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you and work together, and afterward only as long as needed for legitimate business, tax or legal reasons.

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor requests as those laws require. We will never treat you differently for making a request.

Do Not Track. Because this site does not track visitors across other websites, it does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

We use reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive information such as payment card numbers through the form.

This site is meant for businesses and adults planning events. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
